No check-in instructions were provided up front. I had to call / chat to get the needed information. The room I stayed had no separate bathroom. The toilet was in the same room as my bed. Room door was just a flimsy slide door. Overall the room was overpriced compared to what was offered.

2 / 10

Toilet was right next to the bed in the same room- no cubicle. It smelled bad all day and worse at night. Even with the window open the smell was lingering!

4 / 10

The bedroom was superb, the bed was enormous and one of the best I've slept on ever. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with the bathroom, toilet unfixed to the ground, sink not draining properly etc. A damp musty smell in that room. Shower cubicle a bit past it's best. I was there a short time and to be fair I don't think the proprietor was even aware of the bathroom issues. It wouldn't take much to fix those bathroom problems and it would be excellent as the bedroom was a gem. The location was good too, easy walk into town past the university.
