Early check-in was possible. Quiet and large room. Parking if needed. Beautiful restaurant with garden. Easy access to Chapultepec Park. Professional and friendly staff. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Receptionist Sofia and waiter Mario did a great job and so did the room attendants. A general renovation would definitely improve the hotel experience if at least change the outdated carpets. The place feels more like a Mexican hacienda than a city hotel which gives it a lot of charm and is unique in the city center. Would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed for 10 days. Staff is super friendly and helpful. AC worked really well in the room. Beautiful location next to Chapultepec! Lots of places to eat, including the very NICE restaurants on site. Really safe and calm neighborhood. There’s an Oxxo around the corner. Places to eat that I would recommend is Comal Oculto and La Ventanita. Also pretty close to Condensa and La Zona rosa.

Great location- near all the contemporary art galleries if you are interested in that. I will definitely stay here again!
