My first stay at The Pullman, and I was really impressed. Everything was just right - the attention to detail was excellent. Things were in just right place and just worked.
Just one example to illustrate the “getting things just right” point. I used the air conditioning - we’re in the middle of a hot spell. But unlike many hotel systems where the fan is noisy and all moisture is sucked out of the air, here it was subtle and silent.

The location was tops! Right beside Albert Dock with a variety of good restaurants and places from which to get tickets for many tourist attractions. Also, the Beatles Story was there for a nice visit. We were lucky that the M&S Arena was right in front of our hotel, which was very convenient to see the Andre Rieu show, which was why we went to Liverpool from Puerto Rico.
