Nice quiet and well established hotel with a lovely architecture. Very helpful staff. Easy walk to town and shops.

Free shuttle to and from the fall. Beautiful landscape and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I saw monkeys and birds from my patio. A small refrigerator, insect repellent, canopy mosquito nets for bed are provided in the room. There is guard at gate. Felt safe and relax. Highly recommend.

We stayed here a few nights. The rooms were clean and room service would check from time to time to see if there was anything else we needed.
There is a large restaurant area where you can enjoy both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The pool is not heated and since we were there in 'winter' season, the water was a bit too chilly for us. There is a bar next to the pool, where you can enjoy yummy refreshments.
One night we were surprised by a group of dancers and singers that showed up during our dinner. Their dances were amazing as were the songs.
Every day we had organized excursions - Victoria Falls National Park, Chobe National Park in Botswana, a helicopter flight and more. The hotel is well known and perfectly situated for pick-ups and drop offs. We walked to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and always felt perfectly safe.
I highly recommend this hotel.
