I really love this property and I love the garden. I hope one day they will put some Shona statues in the garden that was just top it off. However, if you book a standard room, expect to find met minor issues with it. If you book there, more expensive rooms, you’re likely not to find these minor issues. I ordered several dinner meals at an extra charge of $15 from the staff. I found a level of experience with cooking varied greatly that could be because I eat primarily a plant-based diet. I don’t think they get too many request for a plant-based diet in Zimbabwe. Hence there was a learning curve. However, there are several close by places to eat, like Cafe Nush And a Thai place across the street.
All in all I had a lovely time at the Art Lodge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a tremendous welcome from Stu, and throughout our stay service was excellent.
The room was very comfortable, cool, clean and well presented with good facilities to warm up food.
Breakfast was heart and satisfying.
Internet - excellent.
Location - very conveniently close to Sam Levy's shopping centre. Overall, an excellent choice for a stop over in Harare.
