We had a wonderful one-week stay at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel. The staff training and service quality were exceptional. Every team member we interacted with was professional, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay incredibly comfortable.
A special thank you to Mr. NOT, who took great care of us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. His warm welcome, thoughtful assistance, and outstanding service truly made our experience memorable.
