Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine.
Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc.

The place itself was good, but it would really help if there was a reception desk. We needed to print something, and it took a day to get the staff to get us some paper and at the end, the printer did not even work.
There's a bit too much furniture there, as when the sofa is set up as a bad there's hardly any space to walk.
Other than that, it was clean, pleasant and comfortable.

Great location. Air conditioning was great. Free coffee pods. The check in needed a few more details or photos for the key pads and the info binder was outdated info. Overall great place!

Room was well equipped with Kitchenette including a washing machine/dryer and good sized bathroom. The room we had overlooked a small square. Bed was comfortable and room well maintained.Air conditioner for cooling was in the room.Luggage storage was also a benefit but you need to contact them to open the door.
Only minor issue was the television was very old with poor reception and didn't seem to connect to our devices. Also only 4 coffee capsules for a six nights. Also not much space to store and access large luggage.
Concierge was responsive and helpful. These aren't major issues and we would stay again
