The staff was amazing and helpful! Everything was so clean and attentive. I love being right on 5th street to with the nightlife! It was great!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was frustrating that we had to make reservations for some of the dining, and more lounge chairs at the rooftop pool would have been nice. We had a very nice stay.

Weekend was fantastic — the staff was amazing and accommodating!

Paid for the all inclusive package. Room and amenities were good. Customer service was also good - all the staff are friendly and willing to help. The spa and rooftop pool were very nice. However, avoid the excursion desk because they overcharge by a lot! Breakfast was the only good meal here. The A la Carte dinners were a disappointment - tasteless and little flavour. Add some herbs and spices!!
