The good: my 13 year old daughter and I loved the location. We got the executive room with balcony but my daughter felt too conscious of actually using the balcony since there’s always someone on the streets so we used it more as a window. The room was nicely renovated. AC was great, shower water pressure and temperature was great. The staff was very friendly - both at the reception and the dude who took our bags up and cleaned the room. They let us check in an hour early since the room was ready.
The questionable: the elevator was working but it was very small. It didn’t bother us but it might for some people. As we went up, we saw banisters with a lot of dust but it was behind the glass. But honestly, the room was extremely clean, so I chalk it up to renovating some parts of the hotel and preserving others. Do I wish someone took a q-tip or dust cloth on the banisters? Yes, but I never once felt like that about the room we were in.
Don’t know: we didn’t try the spa or the breakfast.
Overall happy with our decision.
