Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was granted an early check in at 11 am due to early flight.
Clean room, clean hotel and well located. Walking distance to Starbucks, chipotle and other local restaurants.

The staff were nice and helpful. The housekeepers always checked on us to see if we needed anything. There was usually trash in the elevators and on the floors in the hallways. It could have been a lot cleaner. The workout facility was excellent. There were problems hooking up your own firestick device on the television. Needs to be a better way to help with that. Overall, nice stay and beautiful places to sit outside the hotel next to water.

This hotel completely won me over—so much so that I booked two staycations here in under two months! Everything from the beautifully styled, spotless rooms to the attentive, friendly staff made for a flawless experience. The restaurant on-site is fantastic, and having CityPlace park plus nearby cafes just steps away added so much convenience. I left feeling fully refreshed both times. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!
