All was good - location is a little out from city center but manageable

The check in was HORRIBLE! I ended up having to end my telephone call with check in person because EVERYTHING I was sent was in French. UNFortunately, I Do not speak French only English. The place was very nice and clean. A little farther distance from the Old Quebec City. Also, the Parking across a busy street in the ER Parking lot was not available. There are limited parking spaces. You are required to hunt for a limited parking spot with visitors, patients and hospital staff.

Very nice for the price! Although the sheets were a bit nasty, they smelled clean. Very spacious room. Kitchen very practical. Nice stay.

Super !

10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026

I really liked the keyless entry to the building and room, and that we didn't have to worry about arriving late and having to coordinate checking in with a person. The full kitchen was amazing to have a multi-day stay, and I'm so glad there was an elevator along with the stairs. The room was well-maintained, clean, and we were able to control the room temperature ourselves. Parking is the only thing that is a bit tricky, but we were always able to find a spot. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Quebec!

Clean, confortable, fully furnished, I was impressed! The only downside is that there is no parking included.
