I cannot say enough good things about the property, staff and our experience in general.
First of all the staff accommodated my late arrival with the greatest of ease and grace.
We took advantage of the spa and had amazing treatments.
The food in the restaurant was top class and the location amazing!
Our bungalow was by the stream and it was truly idyllic!
Can’t wait to stay there again when we return to beautiful Panama!

Beautiful grounds and landscaping, fresh and fragrant mountain air hits you immediately upon arrival. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Only thing lacking was the hospitality of the reception desk staff.

There is no service and no one answers the phone and they can’t fix even transportation. Area is beautiful but the hotel is not up to standards.
