This hotel is an older model but was comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor which was below ground level so the windows are high and small. There is black out curtains which was great for sleeping. The AC worked good as well. The beds were comfortable. The sheets and blankets are old but were clean enough. The shower was amazing with lots of pressure. The breakfast was really good with hot and cold options and lots of it. The back door of the hotel from the parking lot is not locked so that may make some people uneasy. There were also no peep holes in the door so don't answer your door if you aren't expecting anyone. I did see a small work out room which looked sufficient. There is a gazebo out near the water which was nice and peaceful in the morning. Our tv remote was not working so the staff changed the batteries and came in and turned on the TV for us. It takes 2 remotes and there was no instructions but once we were shown it was fine. This is a no frills motel and is good if you are just passing through and need an affordable room with free parking and breakfast included. Staff was also pleasant.
