I wanted to give this place 5 stars but that would be a disservice to other travelers.
I will give everything that was great first because there is a lot.
The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were awesome, my granson really loved the fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt. I enjoyed the coffee and a great selection of flavored creamer. The soda machine was a nice surprise. The pool was the best part until it was closed for a maintenance issue. So we were unable to access the pool the last 3 days of our stay. Im glad the A/C worked good, it was 103° when we visited. We really missed the pool.
The suite was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked.
The downside was the carpet was filthy and stained where it looked like dogs had peed on the corner of the beds, leaving dark stains on the carpet. The couch stunk like wet dog. The tub and tile floor were dirty. I bought bathroom cleaner and air sanitizer to do some cleaning up and tried to cover the smell on the couch as best I could. Other than the standard of cleanliness I liked this place.

The room was very clean, unfortunately the outdoor pool was out of order in this hot weather.
