Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet room off back courtyard. Good location with many options for dining and easy access to transportation. We would stay here again.

Very close from CDG airport using free shuttle from United Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. RER B train (14€ + 2 € for refillable Navgo Card) includes transfer on Metro. Only a few min walk to hotel.
Hotel room good use of smaller space. Comfortably fit 2 people with larger BR. Room is clean & great shower.
Pleasant walk up to Sacre-Coeur & Montmartre sites.
At arrival asked for dining recommendations but only told to make a left out of hotel then another left on to major street. Next day found out hotel has a sheet of restaurant recommendations. And many good restaurants can be found if make a right out of hotel.
