Lovely hotel near old capital of Menorca. Beautiful pool area and always enough sunbed! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms very traditional but clean. A couple more sockets would help and modernise bathroom perhaps. Spa facilities lovely and clean too. Breakfast adequate with good selection and hot food to order but PLEASE get decent coffee machines as they were not working properly on 4 out of 5 days of our stay. Overall a wonderful holiday- highly recommended

Very good in all aspects. Housekeeping exceptional. Cleanliness of hotel first class. Staff very good and led by an exceptional manager.

Had a suite which was a fantastic size for 2 of us. Great having a separate shower and bath as I am disabled and not able to get in the bath, However there were no handles in the shower to hold onto and the floor was very slippery and dangerous, Even the bathroom floor when it was wet was slippery. Pool was l ovely everything very clean and loads of clean towels and sheets. Lovely cleaning lady. Enjoyed the meals especially the salad and dessert buffet. Was not over keen on Gala Night as food not up to standard and no buffet. Waiters were great especially Simon and Jasmina looked after us very well. Very quiet just what we wanted. Pool area good plenty of loungers and staff came round every afternoon with either complimentary drinks or fruit. No lights from accommodation block along side of bar so difficult to see to get to reception at night. Did enjoy holiday and had several massages which were extremely good.

Rooms were very clean , but now need updating to a walk in shower. Breakfast was chaos! The 2 coffee machines constantly broke down during breakfast hours. Coffee was served to your table with milk but if you wanted tea you had to fill your teapot at the coffee machine which took ages , queues forming and then had to ask for cold milk from staff ! Hot items such as eggs and bacon were ordered from the staff and bought to your table but then if you required tomato/ mushrooms or sausage you then had to go to the buffet table to serve yourself. Cold item choices were very limited and always the same over our fortnight. Orange juice dispenser lid did not fit and the tap on it didn’t work properly , never changed even though management knew. Tomato juice was taken off after 3 days, replaced with a watery raspberry product. The toaster had the cutting board for bread right in front of it so you had to queue or go when no one was at the toaster. One evening the bar was being staffed by a lady that was also serving in the restaurant so you waited until she was free. Staff are not trained very well and it is a real shame . This used to be a superb hotel but now is a shadow of its former self. Nowhere near 5* it says it is and yes I did complain whilst there. We will not be returning again until they sort the problems out.
