The owner was really helpgull and nice, he gave us really important information regarding where to park in the city, to use the close beach, the best restaurants in town. Very kind and helpfull. We defenatelly will come back. See you soon.

A lovely property with enough parking in front for us the entire time we were there. There are 2 roads up to the property and one is a bit steeper, so just know that there is another way in that is not as steep. It was a 12 minute walk down to the water and dinner locations that we wanted to go to which was nice. There is a bus stop 4-6 minutes walk that’ll take you into old town as well. A beautiful room with a nice heated pool outside with a nice view of the sea which made it pleasant to wake up to!

We had a fantastic stay at Nuovo Luxury Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of both the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour...the accommodation is located up a relatively steep hill but this made it a quieter area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.
The suite itself was modern, stylish and impeccably clean, with high-quality furnishings and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room felt luxurious without being over the top. Housekeeping standards were excellent throughout our stay.
What really stood out was the hospitality. Elias was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Communication before and during our stay was seamless and we appreciated the assistance in arranging a hire car.
The property offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and value. Chania is a wonderful place to explore, and Nuovo Luxury Suites proved to be an ideal base for discovering the city, its harbour, restaurants and nearby beaches.
