The staff were excellent checking us in and out. Thoughtfully looked after our luggage until it was time for us to leave Madrid. They also gave us a voucher for a discount on our next booking. Great incentive and will definitely use that in the very near future to book another holiday.

Lovely Hotel, staff really helpful, we were a party of 3, the room was a good size, however it had 4 beds in it which restricted access to the wardrobe. very clean and well serviced.
The location was perfect, we took the express bus from Madrid airport T1 which took us straight to Sol. from here you can walk about 15 mins to hotel or get on the metro to Sol station and its a 2 minute walk to the hotel.
We manged to get to 3 football stadiums in 2 days at minimal cost using the metro services which are brilliant and easy to navigate. 2.50 euros for the card and toped up with the 10 journey option twice (20 journeys) total cost £15 (including the cost of the card) Highly recommended

The rooms are more outdated than pictured. It was cleaned but still felt grimy. The AC had one temperature - freezing. There were not enough blankets, and the ‘extras’ in the closet were musty.
Great location; close to everything and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. However, we would not stay here again.
