Staff was amazing and very welcoming! Parking was easy and close to the room. Our towels weren’t necessarily super clean, which was a little awkward. And there’s no ironing board or iron in the room.

Stay was fine, staff was helpful. I liked the security of being behind the gate.

Typically, we are concerned about "budget" hotels because of the variation in quality that can be experienced. However, we were booking last minute and the World Cup was in town so we booked the Best Hotel based on prior reviews. For a "budget" hotel, this place was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Although the hotel is not in a great location/neighborhood, there is a sliding gate accessed by code and a private parking lot with parking right outside of our room. The only way to access this property is through that sliding gate. This hotel was of great value, and we would stay there again.

Considering the neighborhood I was pleasantly surprised at how peaceful it was. Staff was great, and I slept really well!
