Prior to booking at the Old Phuket, we had to find a new place to stay at 8:00pm due to oar AIRBNB room somewhere else, had no Air Conditioning and was dirty. We felt So blessed to find Old Phuket Resort. Staff was great at check in. When we opened the door to our villa - we were in shock !! Hot tub outside, large, cool, room with a desk and places to sit. Beautiful large bathroom AND outdoor private shower.Concierge staff Chai helped us with drivers to different places. So many things in walking distance.

Several restaurants just outside the hotel entrance, competing against each other resulting in competitive pricing.

There were a few issues, but they were handled professionally and promptly. For instance, I ordered extra beer to my room and they sent warm beer. We all know how long it would take the refrigerator to chill them. They immediately dispatched a 12 pack of cold beer and exchange them. The previous tenant did not treat the safe. Property left it locked in the open position. Immediately a lady with a hand held computer gadget reprogrammed my safe. Everybody was friendly and helpful.
