We stayed at Riad Zazz for three nights, and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—it is right in the Medina and close to everything. You can easily do everything by walking, which made exploring so convenient and fun!
The second we arrived, we were warmly greeted with delicious Moroccan tea, which was the perfect start to our stay. Because we happened to be the only guests in the hotel during our trip, it felt like our own private oasis. We were treated incredibly well and felt completely pampered the entire time.
Lahcen (both of them) truly made our stay unforgettable. He is an absolute gem! He went completely above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always serving us with the greatest kindness and the warmest hospitality.
One morning, we had to leave for our desert trip incredibly early and Lahcen left us a beautiful breakfast to take with us on the road. It was such a thoughtful gesture that saved the day! Whether it was packing our early breakfast, giving us great recommendations, or just being incredibly attentive, Lahcen made us feel right at home.
The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and in the best location possible. Between the perfect setting and the top-notch service from Lahcen, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
If you are looking for a place where you will be genuinely cared for and close to everything, book Riad Zazz immediately. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Riad Zazz - Lahcen was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, welcoming us with mint tea when we arrived. Our room was wonderful and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served on the beautiful terrace. Despite being just behind a main street of the medina, it was very quiet and peaceful.
