Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms here and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop and the Ōsanbashi Cruise ship terminal (our main reason for staying here). The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture.

extremely clean everywhere. Like the free coffee and pancake (self serve) in the main lobby. Very easy to get around especially to the cruise terminal.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we required.
The location was ideal .Convenient to shopping, site seeing and the cruise terminal.
The buffet breakfast was lovely and the afternoon snacks and drinks were a welcome addition.
