Much appreciation for the homey feelings here.

This place is ok. There aren't any amenities so if you're looking for a place just to sleep, this is it. The staff is very nice, beds are comfortable and the rooms are big! Yet, there are things out of their control that make it not so nice: train noise, drag racing on the street at night, and the neighborhood homeless. This place is in the older part of Eugene and you don't mind some of these things, it's still a good place. As stated previously, the staff was really nice and if you ask for anything, they are more than willing to accommodate you.

Parking was convenient. Neighborhood was sketchy. Addicts asleep on sidewalks. Room was clean but musty smelling. Staff was friendly. Conveniently located to several food options.

The staff was very friendly and you can tell they take pride in the property. Our room was massive. We got the room with the 3 beds so each of our teenagers would have enough space. The room exceeded our expectations. The location was fairly close to night life and restaurants.
