Request to get the safe working didn't produce any results over 3 days. No hot water one day. Rooms are stylish, but lack practical things like drawers and hooks for clothing

Well situated away from the noise and an easy ride into the busy tourist area by either train or bus. Great breakfast and opportunities to have a quiet dinner near the hotel after a busy touring day in Rome proper.
Thank you very much Torlonia team!
