My stay here was perfect. Everything about this place is magical. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We are looking forward to our return next year.

The property and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Only problem we had was carrying our luggage up a couple of long flights of stairs. (no elevator in this older building) I noticed that help was offered to several other people checking in, and was curious about that.

Perfect spot for us. Not in the crazy tourist center, but just a short walk from all. We really enjoyed this hotel. The complimentary afternoon tea/snacks were amazing too: fresh lemonade, macarons, cookies, coffee and tea.
We did not add in breakfast, but what they offered looked great. We just had coffee.
Helpful staff, comfortable beds.
