Stayed at Hotel Marisa for 4 nights up to 14th July 2026. Location was ideal only a couple of minutes walk from the Termini train station in Rome. It's about 30 minutes walk from the main attractions in Rome but it was very hot so we used the Metro, which you can pick up at the Termini.
We stayed in the annex building which was about a 300m walk through the streets to the back of the building. There is a very small lift to the 4th floor that looks a bit ropey but is also a bit like the ones you see in old movies. The room was very clean and most importantly of all had excellent air con (vital for the summer months). Wifi was good. The towels were changed every day.
We only had breakfast 1 of the mornings and that was nice, good value for 10€ a nice selection of fruit pastries, cereals, bread eggs & bacon.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Was able to get in room early and had space for 4 people in room. Great location next to train station as stayed here prior to our cruise
