Our key was waiting for us on arrival & the previous emailed instructions made check in smooth. Room was great, clean, comfortable & quiet. Steve & Linda are gracious hosts that provided a tasty breakfast & early coffee! They care about the customer & had good advice for us about local happenings & quality restaurants. TV was a challenge but got straightened out. Highly recommended.

We (3 of us) found the Carriage House suite to be very enjoyable and met our needs. Having two sleeping spaces and two bathrooms was a perfect situation for us. The bathrooms were clean and generally updated but the drainage in the main bathroom was quite loud. The main house and breakfast were lovely. We walked the grounds which are lush and green, though in need of some pruning and maintenance. Overall, a very good experience and I would consider staying there again on another trip to Brenham.

The staff was so charming and helpful, making delicious breakfasts and suggesting excellent restaurants for dinner---My only problem was the lighting in the bathroom---The light over the tub did not work and there were two sinks that were a little unusual, one of which had rust around the drain---Overall, however, it was an excellent stay and I would recommend it to everyone!!!
