Excellent.would stay again

We booked a room when it was 40 degrees Celcius outside. Upon arrival they tell us there is no AC. We then tell them we can not stay as we are four people in a room and two are children. We asked if they could offer a refund and they denied it. It is clear this is how they make their money. A professional hotel offers a refund if you do not stay at the hotel.

I did expected better but I was so disappointed starting at the check-in process (too long ) long waiting period, long line and one one staff, no AC in the small waiting room. We got to room ,no towels ,the staff came later on to drop the towels, opened the door without knocking first. Poor customer service overall! Mediocre facility.
