Perfectly clean and comfortable. Great location for the concert we went to at SPAC. Free shuttle to and from the concert and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We love the size, the pool, the friendly service but this space needs some updating. The pool is falling apart from a badly broken lounger to the missing tiles in the pool. The hotel room is tired especially the bathroom. The floor tiles were loose and shower door didn’t close all the way so it wet the floor heavily with each use. These weren’t things to call the desk about on our short stay. These are maintenance items that need annual repairs. Also it’s crazy the rooms don’t get “cleaned” until 5pm or later. I asked for towels at 4:20pm so that we could shower. With a few changes, this property could be great.

Breakfast was the typical hotel buffet breakfast. Eggs were fresh, did not eat the sausage or undercooked potatoes. Ran out of muffins before 9am on first day. we decided to eat out the next day as too many kids dominating the breakfast area, even though they were polite and not disruptive.
Housekeeping too busy to clean our rooms. If you did not let them come in when they knocked (9am one morning) and asked to come back, they did not come back. Disappointed in that we expected at least to have our towels and bathmat refreshed. Staff did not understand engligh.
