The room I reserved was supposed to be a big room with a fireplace and we didn’t get that

This small coastal motel is across from morro beach, the hwy is between you and the actual beach. The staff was super nice and friendly. The room was older but fine. The mattresses were new and the linens good. This place was perfect for me.

The room was very clean. The only thing the shower curtain was to short but the manager said since they were barely remodeling they hadn’t received the correct curtain size.

Rooms are actively being remodeled, so I got a recently remodeled room that was in great shape. I provided some feedback on the room being a bit bare and they had already ordered and just received (were in the lobby in shipping boxes) one of my recommendations for luggage stands in the room. Good to see they are on top of making the stay experience better for guests.
