I was here only for one night, as there was a problem with the booking. Although I had a booking confirmation for five nights, the hotel had no record and no space. I was able to saty one night, and then I moved to another Riad.

The service was awesome. They kept our bagages for free a few days while we were traveling in the desert. We sent someone to pick them up and they were extremely cautious about handing them out. They called us, took copies of identification papers before letting the person leave with the baggages.
They were very helpful with all kinds of requests we had. The were fabulous.

The riad was very nice. It was in a very convenient area to get to everything, you could get to the Jemaa El-Fnaa in a matter of minutes, to the El Bada and Bahia Palais in around 20 minutes and you could walk to Gueliz in about 25 minutes. It was very quiet in the riad. The hosts were the best part of the stay, they were extremely helpful, especially the night host. We went on a few day trips and the host helped to organise these by contacting the travel companies and even walked us to the pick up point to ensure we went the right way. The only negative of the riad was the WiFi was a bit inconsistent and would go in and out of connection on our phones, but otherwise, it was a great stay in Marrakesh. If I was to go back to Marrakesh, I would strongly consider going back to this riad
