St Marks Hotel

The Hotel building looks very old & small room but they maintained very clean stairs even the room & shower, toilet are very clean. The location is the BEST, making it easy to go around everywhere. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly & I asked them for hot water next in the morning, they gave me the electric hot water boiler that was surprising and I enjoyed my instant coffee every morning. I stayed 5 nights, the Air conditioning, WiFi, worked very well and I liked the nearby Whole Food Market & very close to the Gene Frankel Theatre that was 9 min to walk, after the musical show at 10 pm safe to walked to the hotel. I wish they could have the mini refrigerator. Thanks St Marks Hotel.

You’re getting what you paid for. It’s small but for someone like my friend and I who just use hotels to sleep, shower ect it was perfect for us. The room was done every day the and sheets were clean. The stairs are tough to walk especially after a long day of walking through the city. So an elevator would have helped. Overall we had a great stay. It was close to places to eat, a cvs and the subway. Make sure you bring cash this place does not accept debit or credit cards. There is a Chase bank a block down the street if you need cash.

Great and helpful staff. Daily clean room much appreciated. Good shower and overall the stay was exactly what I needed for the time.

Very good location, place and price per night
