There was one particular lady on reception - Teresa, who mad our stay wonderful. She was happy, polite and extremely helpful, sadly the other were not like her at all. A young girl was very surly.
The breakfast buffet has a good selection, we did not have dinner here but did partake of lunch (Nachos), which were not good at all. I don't expect squeezy guacamole and cheese in a 4 star hotel.
Be warned, the pool is VERY cold!
