Customer service - needs improving - responses to emails and phone calls are either non existent or you have to check that you are actually speaking to the hotel when you call.

we needed a room for an overnighter, fitted the breif, bed, bathroom etc, was pretty clean and tidy, price was great for last minute booking. Overall I recommend. Local shops within walking distance, nice little town.

The room we stayed in was alright, but we found mouse poo near the microwave and the kettle plus there was a fair amount of black mold in the bathroom. The room was booked for 3 people but there were only 2 mugs with only 1 spoon and 2 glasses to use for drinks. While we did use the microwave to reheat our takeaway food there are no plates or bowls or utensils for use either. There were electric blankets on the beds but they did not work either. The bathroom was freezing all the time due to the top of one of the windows having an opening which is not nice in winter. Apart from that the room was nice and was we needed.
