Amazing staff of the hotel and wonderful place to stay. Next to the oldest market and art street within walking distance to everywhere in historical centre. We were “lucky” to be there exactly when the heavy rain happened, which was last time that strong almost 100 years ago. Unfortunately the hotel was flooded and the management did great job to move us to Hilton for the another 4 nights we should stay in Puebla. I am very gratefull for their kind help! And I hope they will renovate such a beautiful hotel fast ✨

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and we will be coming back again! The rooms are bright, clean and very comfortable. The staff is excellent. The restaurant food is so very good too. Also, the location is within a comfortable walking distance to the central plaza or Zocalo where all the action is and where many good restaurants and places to shop are located. And for those who desire, the numerous taxis always passing in front of the hotel are very inexpensive and easy to locate. Every taxi driver that we rode with were friendly and so very nice. We have never ever felt unsafe anywhere in Puebla.
