Being located right next to The Stump Hotel was very handy for some excellent meals. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, but the bathroom was freezing - no heater in there.

The Caledonian staff were all friendly and went out of their way to assist in anyway they could. Everybody we encountered from check-in, the owner, the cleaning staff and those from the hotel itself were happy and friendly and their attitudes added to the enjoyment of our stay. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. Would happily stay again .

Highlight of week road trip to Melbourne from Adelaide. Wished we had booked more time at Port Fairy as we fell in love with the town. Room was serviceable but bathroom was better than our Melbourne hotel chain! Great menu selection of dining at very popular Caledonian or walking distance for more options. Hope to be back for longer stay.
