When we checked in we realized that the cottage were more fancy looking then what we booked, However there were no partial sea view and no kitchen which we booked and paid. Kitchen is important as I have celiac and need some time to do our own food for safety reason. When contacting the staff they returned and told that they have "upgraded" us, which obviously have right to do. They suggested us that we can move to the another cottage, Been just unpacked our suitcases had our emergency cold sandwich dinner, let our wet clothes dry and there were heavy storm and rain I told that not anymore in this evening. Transfer should be done by our car and there were no parking nearby, so we would be wet again. Day after I contacted the staff again regarding the room transfer, three times. no answer. Then I requested compensation about the downgrade we paid, no any answer never.

Amazing place to stay and near all attraction in the Lofoten

5 / 10

Amazing amazing amazing.. I can’t say enough about this location. The staff were amazing very helpful and communication was great. The accommodation are perfect with having cooking options and a little studio apartment feel to them is so nice after a long day of hiking and exploring. We did the saunas multiple times which is well worth the money to do it.. an experience that me and my husband will never forget

What an incredible place to stay! The cabins are modern and clean. We received a warm welcome from Olaf. There’s a beautiful sauna and a BBQ gazebo where you can make dinner on fire. The location is also great - very close to some incredible beaches and hikes. Highly recommend staying here!

Would have preferred some sugar and tea bags when I arrived. Would also be nice if there is a restaurant on-site
