We enjoyed our stay here & spoilt ourselves with a jaccuzzi room. Stunning view of pool, beach & coastline as we were on top floor.
The reception & concierge staff were all great. Always smiling, friendly & so helpful. A pleasure talking to the staff there. We thought the sofas in the reception/concourse were starting to show grubbiness.
The pool is relaxed & clean although some of the static seats by the pool need cleaning underneath as there is debris or paper cups/tin cans etc
Our room was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The jaccuzzi could do with instructions though, as we struggled at the start.
The main door did not shut cleanly & the drinks cabinet door & another cupboard door need adjusting too.
Safe in room & huge walk in wardrobe but a lack of draw space.
The electric sockets on each side of bed are difficult to access as they have a bar in front of them that is part of the headboard.
These are all minor but if they were addressed then the room would of been outstanding.
Location for the beach & restaurants is very good
