Great breakfasts, good location, helpful staff, clean room with great views of the water. It would have been better if towels were available for the pool later.

The hotel's location was definitely one of its best features. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions in Sorrento, making it very convenient to explore the area.
Unfortunately, our stay got off to a rough start. On our first day after checking in, there was a very loud noise coming from the bathroom plumbing. It took several attempts by the staff before the issue was finally resolved, which was frustrating.
Another disappointment was the service at the bar. The staff there were not very welcoming or helpful, and it felt like they weren't interested in providing good customer service.
The breakfast was decent—not amazing, but certainly not bad. It offered a reasonable selection and was one of the better parts of the stay.
Overall, I expected a much better experience considering the price we paid. While the location is excellent, the maintenance issues and lack of warm, attentive service made it difficult to feel that the hotel was worth the cost.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The room was very clean and the perfect size. We really loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is excellent. You can get to the main square in about a 10 minute walk and are close to the bus and train station. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience staying here! Staff was helpful and the hotel property was beautiful. Quiet part of town, but a quick walk to the action. Would highly recommend!
