I had never done a trip with Valet Service, and the Valet Team was very helpful in helping me navigate the process. The hotel staff were equally as helpful and friendly in getting checked in and out, finding a place for dinner, giving me directions where I needed to go and more. They did not treat me like a patron, they treated me like family. It was a good experience!
