Great location near Rialto Bridge. The walking directions received were confusing. Once found, there was a small elevator we found by accident, thank goodness because the apt is on the 3rd floor! The apartment was spacious and clean. Full kitchen that we didn’t have time to utilize. Great find!

Great location

2 / 10

The location is great. We felt like we were close to all the sites, tons of restaurants, shopping and excursions with in a 10 minute walk or less. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part. The check in process is all self service which is great when it works. I had to start it over twice because the website times you out if you don't complete the verification step at the end. When we arrived the place appeared clean but when you start looking closely there's mold on the walls and ceiling. I get that it's humid but mold is a health hazard. The bedding, sheets and pillow cases had yellow stains. We also specifically wanted a washer to wash our clothes but they don't provide detergent. I had to go buy some at the store and ended up with a 30 day supply which is unnecessary for a 1 week stay. The place has 3 older flat screen TVs. Now, I didnt go to Venice to watch TV but it's nice to watch something at night to wind down. The only option was to watch Italian channels. No option to sign into Netflix, HBO etc. so that was lame. The worst part was the AC units. The place got crazy humid and the 2 AC units would not cool the place below 24.5 Celsius. It was not comfortable at all when trying to sleep. They were not quick to respond in any way. They said they would send someone to look at it and no one ever showed, no communication from anyone. Overall it seems like the company just wants to check the boxes without providing true quality. I would not recommend staying here.

The living room did not have a sofa to sit down so we could not use the living room to spend time with the family after sigh seeing in the city. I contacted the management company and they told me that the new sofa had not arrived. When I complained to the support email I never received any response after multiple emails.
