Easy access to different areas like the pool, garden/patio area & bar/restaurants.
I love that it’s a boutique hotel without it being too busy & congested with people.
Staff is great!
Only downside is parking.

I had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Sylvan this weekend! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
The room was spotless and smelled incredibly fresh, which made it feel even more relaxing and comfortable. It’s obvious that cleanliness is a top priority here.
The bartenders were fantastic and made some excellent drinks. They were personable, attentive, and created a great atmosphere.
A special thank you to Miss Rachel, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and truly exemplified outstanding customer service.
The valet team was also on point—quick, professional, and efficient every time I needed my vehicle.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Atlanta. I highly recommend the Kimpton Sylvan and will definitely be back on my next visit!
