Check in was a little confusing. You have to pick up the keys at another location and finding the door to get into the hotel was hard because the parking is located in another building near by. Overall for the price it was a good stay, very clean and quiet. Only stayed for a night but the apartment style room with dishes and cutlery makes it ideal for longer stays. Couldn’t find anything regarding using the wifi though.

The room was great for the price. Parking was in a parking garage and was free! However the add said their was air conditioning but it wasn't working in our room. Overall though the stay was good and would stay here again.

Exactly as described. Bed was so comfortable and it was separate from the living kitchen area. That was a great room with sofa tv microwave, hob and large fridge with freezer. Great shower.
And excellent value for money so close to the centre of Ottawa. Lovey circular walk to Cathedral and back along the opposite bank. We were only there overnight but would come back and use as a base for a week. Parking in garage next door was efficient easy access and safe, no problem with the check in at a separate building which was close by and managed very efficiently.
For those of us looking for a decent bed and shower and well priced accommodation, I don’t think you could do better.
