The hotel overall experience was great this is my third time visiting and unfortunately the service at the restaurant was kind of tricky first night ask for one dinner plate when the bill came they charged for two meals that I didn’t ask when I told the waitress she said the only thing she could do was prepare the meal and wait for it for next day we were at the pool aks for some nachos and she came with a bucket an beers and argued my husband ask for it which wasn’t true the las t straw was when I ask for a plantain soup 🍲 had and she came with a tiny cup and wanted to charged for the big size I was really angry and no one from the front desk was willing to resolved the issue overall just be careful when visiting the restaurant the rest was pretty good

Everything was great. The staff were very respectful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nice and cold. The air conditioner worked very well
Most of all they had hot water to take a shower with. Plenty of free parking in their resort. The food was so tasteful and delicious . The pool was a great and very clean. My kids enjoyed their time there. Everything you need is 10-20mins away. From restaurant, beaches, activities and pharmacy. Can't complain Everything was 10/10. We will definitely be going back soon.
