We were quite disappointed when we arrived, as the room did not live up to the expectations we had from the website and the many positive reviews. The rooms seem to vary in style and furnishings, and the main disappointment was the condition of the room. The interior was old and quite worn, and felt very dated and tired. Only the bathroom seemed to have been updated. The bed was also extremely hard and unfortunately not very comfortable. We had expected a higher standard based on the positive reviews, so the overall condition of the room was a real disappointment. On the positive side, the location in Chamonix is excellent, and the view is absolutely fantastic. The location and scenery are definitely the highlights of the property. It was very convenient that toilet paper and dishwasher tablets were provided, and that extra rubbish bags and towels could be requested at reception. Overall, the location and view are wonderful, but the condition and comfort of the room unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

Can absolutely recommend the hotel/ apartment. Relative close to city centre. We had a amazing view of the mountain from our side of the hotel.

Close to everything and amazing views!

Reception staff were helpful on arrival moving us to a second floor room from the ground floor which has little privacy due to the park. Great views from the room, close to the town and lifts and a great restaurant a short walk up the hill beyond the hotel. Car charging on site was convenient
