I would’ve given a 5 star across the board but whoever the guy was working the front desk Saturday July 18th during my checkout at 2pm was HORRIBLE at customer service! How he got a customer service job is BEYOND ME! He literally made me never want to come back. It was THE MOST UNPLEASANT. I told him he needs to learn how to smile, his reply “I’m working on it”. Move him to back office or you will lose money!!!!
