Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa - Adults Only (+18) - Hyatt Inclusive Collection

A fantastic adults only resort! Staff were attentive and we recieved a high end service, rooms were clean, food was great, as was the entertainment! Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fantastic. Lovely people and so helpful. Hotel and room was wonderful. We initially had a lower level room with some ‘ventilation issues’. No fuss was made by staff and we were quickly moved to an upper floor which was perfect. The hotel itself was always immaculate. The bar staff were great. The sushi restaurant was a particular highlight. The chefs were exceptional and everything was delicious. The restaurants were great. The staff exceptional and the food and drinks fantastic. A few little things to note. The toiletry products in the room were quite low quality. I expected better shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in what is advertised as 5 star. Silly things like not having real butter at breakfast seemed strange. Sun loungers were fine but probabaly could do with replacing with thicker mats. Overall, I would highly recommend for an All inclusive stay to relax and indulge.

Overall a good experience, however it’s not the same standard of property that we have experienced elsewhere at 5 star all inclusive resorts. We were standard all inclusive which was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend the Preferred upgrade as you get the same room, just a separate pool area, which uses the exact same sun beds as the rest of the resort, which are fine but nothing special.

The best hotel I have ever been to, I cannot recommend it enough. The food was amazing and lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Lots of activities, the coffee shop had amazing cakes in the day, the drinks were delicious. I like to go to new places and try different hotels but I cannot wait to go back here. The staff are excellent!
