Excellent hotel with all the amenities needed! The property is very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you can select an additional entrée. The gym was nice and spacious, and the onsen was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again.

hot springs at the hotel was nice. close to the train station was nice. Free drinks at check in was nice. They held our bags since we were early but wanted to charge us to have early access to the rooms. I did not like the extra charge, so we just let them hold our bags as we explored Kyoto.

The property was very nice. Overall good stay, however, I wouldn’t stay there again. The gym was over crowded each day, the rooms were so small and not really functional and the laundry situation was not good. Not enough washer/dryers that there were lines to use. To make matters worse, I had to dry my clothes 3 times and they still were wet. I had to hang all my clothes in the tiny room.
