Royal Azur Thalassa

Amazing stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Zainab and the reception staff. Room, beach, pools were all great. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Excellent hotel

First, this property was extensively renovated and just opened in fall 2022. Any reviews from before that aren’t applicable. Second, I would say this hotel is a true 5 star resort in Hammamet, and there aren’t many. La Badira and Orangers (Garden) are the only other two in my opinion. We prefer this hotel, Royal Azure, over the others. And that’s saying a lot! The pool area is the prettiest and most luxe in Hammamet. The suites are beautifully appointed and huge. The “bungalow” rooms right off the beach are spectacularly close to the sea, and also nicely appointed. The food is quite good, service impeccable. This property is walkable to the Medina and corniche area, which is a fun place to see. You won’t find loud animation events here, just well healed people enjoying a truly beautiful resort. We are so glad it opened and we will be back!

I had read promising reviews about this hotel and I must say that it has gone beyond my expectations. Sorry for not remember your names: personnel at reception very helpful when needed, staff from the restaurant looking after us since our arrival facilitating and booking the same table every day which was close to the buffet to make it easier for my wife as she is a disabled person, staff from the beach bar the same or even more, the maid who made our room every day leaving petals on the bed drawing shapes, also leaving two baskets of fruit and always smiling and greeting us when we bumped into each other in the mornings. Keep working like that and keep providing this amazing service to your customers. THANK YOU and really MUCH APPRECIATED.
