The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My room was very clean and lovely.
Unfortunately, I did not get the upper balcony room, as I booked the hotel very late. But I was able to sit outside in the lower balcony grassy area where there was a small table and chairs.
There was ample parking which was nice.
